Democracy for America is planning it's biggest year of training ever to make sure Democrats get out and vote in 2011.
Would a weekend of training and networking help fight the Glenn Beck & Sarah Palin wannabes in your community? We've organized over 100 trainings in big cities and small towns and we want to bring one to your community in 2011.
The form below will get you started. We’ll be reviewing the applications on a rolling basis and setting up interviews with potential training hosts over the coming weeks and months.
We are planning to organize dozens of weekend trainings in 2011, but we can't go everywhere. Apply to serve as a DFA Host Team today before our schedule is filled!

Why does this community need a DFA Campaign Academy training?
In order to organize a great training you will need a Host Team of 3-5 capable organizers who are comfortable with the different aspects of event organizing (recruiting, food, social activities, etc). Please describe your team and each person's role.
Securing a venue is a pre-requisite to announcing any training. What are some possible venue locations that are free or nearly free? What are some potential locations for the training?
Describe your community's political landscape. What is your relationship with the local (state, county, etc) Democratic Party and local Party clubs and organizations? How would you involve these groups in a campaign training?
Describe the electoral landscape in your area this year. Are there any upcoming elections or candidates that the training would help elect?
