Like pvp? Then pvp gear is necessary. The only variables in pvp gear would be looks. When you have aoc gold, this will be not a problem any more. There should be at least 5 different sets of pvp armor for each class each with its own unique look that is related to that class. As well as the fact the gears stats should vary in a way that its more for a certain spec. Such as one pvp armor or weapon drop could have either poison pvp (lotus sin) attributes or unholy pvp (corruption sin). So that you can find gear that helps your spec making it so that you have to search a little bit to find your perfect set of pvp armor.
