Harry Teague for District 2

Background:

Harry is a former county commissioner for Lea County and a small business owner.

Goals:

Because we need a change in Washington and the people in District 2 need a Democratic voice representing them in Congress. Harry would like to bring the troops home from Iraq, improve access to health care and help the people of 2nd Congressional District

Issues:

1. End the war and bring the troops home.
2. Make sure people have better access to health care.
3. Ensure that District 2 has a strong voice in Congress.

Grassroots Support:

The key to our campaign is going to be the grassroots. This district has elected a Democrats previously, but it has been Republican for the last 26 years. It will take a strong grassroots movement to help us win this race.

Harry supports progressive issues like a woman's right to choose and bringing the troops home from Iraq. As a business owner, who has to make payroll for 250 employees he understands how to make a budget, stick with it, and not waste money.
