Background:
I have been an elected Parks Director for over 28 years. I have been a community leader for over 35 years including PTA President, Soccer Coach, founded a neighborhood association, created 3 new parks, etc.
Goals:
To replace a Republican developer who has conflicts of interest in her position and is not responsive to the community needs. She has granted developers special allowances to build vanity houses on the upper edges of bluffs that are part of the American River Parkway.
Issues:
1. Protect the American River Parkway.
2. Health Care. Protect worker rights to decent and respectful living conditions.
3. Provide Quality of Life services to the residents of Sacramento County, including police protection, smart growth, quality parks, etc.

I will rely heavily upon them.

I have a history of balancing budgets and solving community problems and improving the quality of life for citizens.
