Background:

Public School Principaland Teacher for 34 years. Married, father of 9, 7 of which were adopted. Daughter served in Afghanistan and Iraq, son and son-in-law served in Iraq. Raised in Indiana trained by National Education Association in Campaign strategy and communications. Past Union activist and Political operative. Moved to Californis in 1985, into district 4 years ago.

Goals:

To make prgress on the issues of our times and to more adequatly represent the views of my constituents.

Issues:

Health Care not sick care, Economy, Education.

Grassroots Support:

My candidacy will be used to assist in unifying members of the organized Democratic party, Obama oriented enthusiasts and activists from various issues oriented groups.

I believe that the federal government should stay out of our personal lives and our personal choices. I believe that if we don't have it, we don't spend it.
