Goals:

Our healthcare system is broken. It is a "sickcare" system rather than a healthcare system. The sad fact is that healthcare is rationed today: on the ability to pay. In America, in the 21st century, Healthcare is a right. I am calling for a program of National Health Insurance, where everybody pays and everybody is covered.
Good governement is not the enemy. Those in power today openly detest government and have created incompetent, inept government. We need to bring back integrity and competence to public life.

Issues:

1. Healthcare for every single American
2. To change the course in Iraq and redeploy our troops.
3. A sensible energy policy to conserve what we use now and create new alternative sources, all the while preserving our environment and freeing ourselves from Mideast Oil.

The key to winning any campaign is to get the message out. We have such a compelling message that those who hear it are impressed and persuaded. The best way to get a message out is person to person, supplemented by public media. NY 23rd is the largest district east of the Mississippi. People to people contact is essential.
