Background:
Organizer, Reading Berks for Dean, Host, Berks for Change DFA, Member of GLBT Steering Committee, PA Victory 04, Berks County Field Manager, Lois Herr for Congress (2004), Interim Campaign Coordinator, Pennacchio for Pennsylvania (2005).
Goals:
I am running for State Committee from Berks County to assist reforming the Party, making it more accountable to the voters, develop grassroots organizing, and represent the people of Berks.
Issues:
Development of grassroots organization, endorsement of progressive candidates, and development of a Party structure that is more effective, especially in attracting younger people's involvement in the Party. We must do more to attract younger people.
Grassroots Support:
Our local DFA group will assist me.
DFA Values:
I believe in a woman's right to choose (I'm a volunteer with Planned Parenthood), stem cell research, workers rights, equal rights, and campaign finance reform. I believe in balanced budgets and fiscal responsibility.
