On Tuesday, July 18 there will be a meeting of all the Democratic Ward and Township Committeemen where they will vote on who will replace John Stroger as the Democratic Nominee for Cook County Board President in the November 2006 election. Please attend this meeting if you can. If you are a Democrat living in Cook County, these are your elected reprentatives, and as with all elected officials they need to be held accountable by the voters they represent -- a.k.a. us.

COOK COUNTY -- The Cook County Democratic Central Committee will meet July 18 to slate a replacement for John Stroger to run as the
