Dear Fellow Illinois Democrats:
According to the Illinois Federation of College Democrats Constitution, The IFCD shall assemble in a state-wide Convention once each calendar year to elect officers and formulate policy decisions. The purpose of this convention is to foster communication between Illinois chapters, galvanize support for Democratic candidates, and to motivate and educate students to better their individual chapters.
The convention this year will be hosted by the Northern Illinois University College Democrats on their DeKalb campus. This is primed to be a successful event due to the involvement of NIU students in the IFCD. This is something our students are very passionate about and we are inviting you to come out and show your support. An event itenerary will be psted at a later date.
