Welcome to DFA Night School's 2007 Summer Semester! DFA Night School is our free, interactive, online training program.

Continuing our series on fundraising skills, this week's session will focus on two of the most frequently used - and misused- fundraising tools in campaigns and organizations: Fundraising Events and Fundraising Phone Calls.

Join us Tuesday, June 19th at 8:30pm Eastern time for this hour long training session. It will consist of a conference call with an accompanying downloadable slideshow which you can save to your computer in advance. We’ll be joined by Selene Hofer-Shall & Jay Parmley -- two fundraising experts from this year’s 20 DFA Training Academy weekend seminars across the country.

Jay has worked for the Oklahoma, Mississippi and South Carolina Democrats as part of Howard Dean’s “50 State Strategy.”

Selene directed fundraising operations for two successful 2006 congressional races, Peter Welch in Vermont and Ciro Rodriguez in Texas.

You are not required to be online during the presentation, you simply need to dial into the conference call with a regular phone. The call-in number will be visible below, as long as you have RSVP'd..
