Join us at Caffe Molise after Saturday's training for delectable Italian cuisine. The cost is $22 per person (includes dinner, dessert, non-alcoholic beverage, tax, and tip). Please pay at the event with either cash or check made out to Democracy for Utah. An RSVP is required as this is a limited-space event (40 people).

Dinner Menu:

Pollo alla Gratella - Grilled boneless breast of chicken marinated in garlic oil and balsamic vinegar. Served with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese.

Lasagne - Layers of pasta, spicy sausage, seasoned beef, ricotta, asiago and marinara.

Ravioli con Melanzana - Roasted eggplant and mozzarella in egg pasta with bell pepper and tomato coulis, topped with crumbled chevre.

Dessert: Cheesecake with three-berry sauce or tiramisu.

Beverages: Soda, iced tea, or lemonade.

Parking: Park for free in front of the restaurant on the street, in the ZCMI Center parking garage, or in the small lot east of the restaurant for $5.
