Fall chapter meeting - it's about time we all got together!
DFA support for SB 840 (Senator Sheila Kuehl's universal health care bill)
** a member of the California Nurses Association will speak about how to get involved.
DFA support for AB 583 (CA Clean Money - public campaign financing)
**44 AD Assemblyman Anthony Portantino will speak about how this bill is doing in Sacramento and update us on his latest initiatives
Tom Hubbard is running for Altadena Library Board on Tuesday November 6th.

Co-Hosting a Health Care forum this fall - discussion
This will be a fun meeting where ideas can flow and where old/new friends can meet under hopefully the cooler temps of Fall.
