Some of our most area successful candidates, including State Senator Bond, campaign managers, and activists trained at Camp Wellstone. Now we are lucky enough to have the training come to Roosevelt University Schaumburg campus for their 2.5 days training program.

July 19, Sunday: 9am-3:30pm

This training combines lectures from highly experienced trainers, stimulating exercises, and interactive simulations.

Camp Wellstone training program is centered around the Wellstone Triangle:
1) progressive public policy, which lays out an agenda for action;
2) grassroots community organizing, which builds a constituency to fight for change;
3) grassroots electoral politics, which provides tools for influencing and holding decision-makers accountable.

The fee covers textbooks, materials, meals and is based on ability to pay: $200, $100, $50
