Please join us for an evening under the city skyline as we enjoy the exotic sounds of Lura, a musician from the islands of Cape Verde. She uniquely blends French Afro-pop, Brazillian rhythms and traditional African music with an urban sense. Also, performing as the opening act will be Zimbabwe's Chiwoniso.

We'll meet mid-lawn toward the stage of the Pritzker Pavillion. Please bring a blanket or lawn chair and your favorite beverage as well as a finger food to share(appetizer or dessert). Please indicate what snack you'll bring in the RSVP so others have a sense of what to bring. We'll provide plastic cups, paper napkins, wine opener, etc. for your convenience.
