On SATURDAY, MARCH 30, join Florence Democrats and area education enthusiasts at a Meet-and-Greet Coffee from 8 - 9am with two outstanding candidates who will be on the countywide May ballot for the LANE COMMUNITY COLLEGE BOARD OF EDUCATION
Coastal residents are very fortunate to have a branch of the LCC campus operating right here in Florence!
Please join LCC BOARD CHAIR SHARON STILES (ZONE 1) and LCC BOARD CANDIDATE MATT KEATING (ZONE 4) for coffee and fresh-baked goodies at the OLD TOWN COFFEE CO (Nopal St at east end of Bay St) from 8 - 9am.
SHARON STILES is a resident of Florence. She has served on the LCC Board since 2009 and is the current Chair.
MATT KEATING is from Eugene and currently serves on the LCC Budget Committee. www.mattkeating.org
Afterwards, head out to join the candidates in the annual SOLV Spring Beach Clean-Up beginning at 10am. My sources say it will be a beautiful morning at the Oregon Coast! www.solv.org
