JEAN ANKENEY SPRING PICNIC

Sunday, June 11, 2006 from Noon to 3:00 pm

RAIN OR SHINE! We have shelter!

Please join us as we celebrate Jean's remarkable life and congratulate our elected Democrats and volunteers for serving the causes Jean worked so hard to further! Bring a picnic and your family to enjoy the beginning of summer with music, swimming, badminton, food and drink at the Ankeney's beautiful St. George farm.

Summer music provided by The Myregaard Jazz Trio and magic tricks performed by Christopher McBride!!!

What should I bring?

Bring your family, friends, and a picnic. Soda, water, beer, shops, cookies, and ice cream will be provided.

Where is the Picnic?

The picnic will take place at the Ankeney farm on Willow Brook Lane, in St. George.

Directions
From I-89 South: Take Exit 12 off I-89 and travel south for 4 miles on Route 2A. Turn LEFT on Ayer Road and travel 1 mile to the top of the hill. The Ankeney home is the second on the LEFT after the top of the hill.

From I-89 North: Take Exit 11 off I-89 and travel west for 2 miles on Route 2. Turn LEFT at the white church onto Oak Hill Road and travel south for 4 miles. Turn RIGHT on Willow Brook Lane. The farm farm is .7 miles ahead on the RIGHT.

Parking: Please park on the north side of the road, leaving enough room for cars to pass.
