Disappointed in DFA
The ad on John McCain was in poor taste. It was more GOP than what DFA should be. I'm disappointed. NBC should have pulled the ad. Take responsibility for the poor choice you made. I'm a big supporter of Obama and Democrats in my area. That ad was in poor taste. Attack McCain on the poor decisions he made in Senate by supporting Bush 90% of the time. Attack him on his voting record. A lot of people with cancer, I'm sure, were insulted by the DFA ad.
You've embarrassed yourself. Tell us who you are or keep your fucking hands away from the cowardly rating system installed here to allow you to anonymously vandalize posts with cavalier nonchalance. No one cares if you disagree with a post. Instead, they'd appreciating hearing what is your opinion on an issue. Either give it or have the common decency to keep your worthless disapprobation away from those of others. Thank you.
I have the same Cancer! Did I scare you! Bad. That was Nasty. Why not just say McSame is Nasty, and has a side kick and a Ho, with lipstick. A pig, and Pigs, are pigs . The media rules. Get out of Iraq. Vote often.
Freedom isnt free.

Sorry, but John McCain is running for president. He should have NO secrets. That's just the way it is. His life and his health would matter to the entire world, should the America's voters make the mistake of electing him. His death in office could have grave consequences--think pit bull with lipstick.
Yes, McCain needs to release his medical records, no doubt. But I found the ad itself distasteful in its presentation of the case. If we want campaigns on a higher level then we also need to make ads on a higher level. There are ways to present issues, and then there are other ways that might be better, more positive, more respectful while still not shying away from making him accountable. Just my 2 cents.

I have no quarrel with your aesthetic critique, but I hardly view that as the main issue. I'm not really in a position to weigh in on the artistic merits of the ad. I don't go for the majority of political advertising as a rule, but this one seemed no more objectionable than the usual fare, and easily as effective.
Greetings from the Prince of Darkness! John McCain broke his "no cheap shots" campaign deal he made with Barack Obama! It doesn't pay to break deals with the Prince of Darkness around! Let's even the score by clicking here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/06/09/john-mccains-first-wife-s_n_106021.html Let's also click here to remember how this is a Republican tradition: http://democracyforamerica.com/blog_posts/21422 You'll notice that the Republican newspaper involved with the last click on link tried to help their crony by removing the stories regarding him!
Troopergate in Alaska reveals to us that Sarah Palin wants to use "dirty tricks" to take "divorce revenge" on the Alaska State Police to fire Troopers (using her influence as Alaska Governor) yet under worse circumstances wants John McCain to become President and wants to become his Vice-President! What a disgusting hypocrite!!!

We never saw McCain's records. He can throw them in his safe now.

- You've been duped.
By Tom Bearse on Sep 29, 2008 10:18 PM EDTThe issue is as a person with a serious medical condition, McCain should make his medical records freely available, not refuse to and pretend he has. Why don't you concentrate on it instead of playing the arbiter of taste in political ads?
