Summer Surprise - Al Gore in 2008
Linked to groups: Democracy 4 The Palm Beaches
It seems to me that if all the Florida DFA groups got together and appealed to Al Gore to throw his hat in the ring - America could be restored. The Occupation in Iraq could end! The environment could change. The nation could be united rather than the divisiveness under Bush.
We need Al Gore now more than ever and none of the current candidates are up to the task. Hillary talks out of two sides of her face and the others are just not presidential material, well - Kucinich is great but stands no chance of winning.
Al Gore is the ticket and maybe Webb as VP.
Let's get something going - will you rise to the occasion?
In Solidarity,
Louise Friedman

By Scott Trimble on May 30, 2007 8:22 PM EDTMike Gravel is first, and of the available candidates so far, he is the one who wants most to do what is best for "the people" of America. Some of his ideas need some revision, but compared to the other candidates, he's miles ahead.
