Democracy for Detroit

Description:

We are a grassroots, volunteer organization networking with like-minded people to bring America back from the edge of fascism. We feel that every individual needs to engage in the political process at some level and that we should not have a professional political class.

In supporting the campaign for Lee Gaddies to State Representative, 7th District of Detroit, this group also supports Mr. Gaddies’ goals to:
1. stop insurance redlining;
2. bring a mass transit system to the state of Michigan;
3. provide universal health care;
4. and bring green collar jobs that will energize the economy.
