May '06 Linkup w/ Founders of DailyKos and MyDD!

Markos Moulitsas of Daily Kos and Jerome Armstrong of MyDD, the authors of the new book 'Crashing the Gate', are coming to DFW-Madison's May 3rd Linkup!

Daily Kos is the biggest political website in the world, with over three million hits a day, and MyDD, while smaller, is probably just as influential due to its narrower focus on electoral politics.

Markos and Jerome believe that the key to enacting progressive policies is reforming and rebuilding the Democratic Party, so that's going to be the focus of our May meeting. In addition, Lt. Governor Barbara Lawton will join us to kick things off!

Because we expect a huge turnout we won't be meeting at our usual location, so please RSVP so we can keep you informed of the venue change and other details:
