       Things sure have moved forward here in the Land of Lincoln once again Young Democrats were nominated for State Chapter of the Year by YDA. With your help we were able to win 5 out of our eight targeted races in 2006. John Pavich came within 3 percent against Jerry Weller. Having signed new people up to vote, working to promote the voices of our generation you helped to make YDI the staple of promoting public service here in our state.        As we enter a new election season Young Democrats have stepped up to once again Answer the call in seeking office here in 2008. With your help and support we can begin to build a stronger future for the voters. We need your help in getting the message out helping to make our voices heard. With just 3 weeks until the primary season and with our Great Senator seeking office it is our time to make our voices heard. When Young people vote Democrats will win.
