Ft. Worth DFA is joining with MoveOn.org in hosting a Citizen's Filibuster this Tuesday, July 17 at 5:30 pm at the steps of the old Tarrant County Courthouse at 100 W. Weatherford in downtown Ft. Worth. To sign up for this event, please go to this link:

We will be filibustering the GOP Senators, Sen. Lieberman and others who are standing in the way of passing bills to really protect and support our troops. Real stories of the hardships of combat soldiers and their families will be recounted. Bring signs and your enthusiam for justice! The event will start at 5:30 p.m. and last about an hour. Come join with other like minded progressive patriots who want to do something to show that we aren't OK with what is happening in the Senate!
