Support Senator Feingold's Censure Resolution

As many of you have probably heard, Senator Feingold has introduced a measure to censure President Bush in response to the cowardly refusal of the Senate Intelligence Committee, especially of committee members Senators Snowe and Spector, to hold the Bush Administration responsible for its violation of the 4th Amendment by refusing to follow through with maintaining the FISA standards regarding wiretapping (and possibly also data mining) of individuals. This after both had made earlier public claims that it appeared to them that President Bush had broken the law.

Our Senators need to support Senator Fiengold's action in order to maintain this issue in the public eye.

The point of this is not to expect the censure motion to be passed, but to maintian public visibility of President's Bush's willful violation of the 4th Amendment. If we want the Constitution to have any meaning, then we have to make sure it's enforced. This is one step on the road to doing just that, and your help is needed now.
