I know you've heard of Oklahoma Senator James Inhofe.

He claimed that Global Warming is "the second-largest hoax ever played on the American people, after the separation of church and state." He believes the Weather Channel is behind the hoax to attract viewers. And he's compared environmentalists to "Nazis" and the Environmental Protection Agency to the "Gestapo."

It isn't just the environment that makes Sen. Inhofe an extremist. In 2006, Inhofe was one of only nine senators to vote against banning torture on individuals in U.S. Government custody. In fact, during the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse investigation, he was "outraged by the outrage" over the revelations of abuse. That's right: Sen. Inhofe believes the shock expressed over the crimes is more offensive than the crimes themselves.

Anti-Equality, anti-choice, Sen. Inhofe is even anti-college loans. And in March 2002, he suggested that the 9/11 terrorist attacks were a form of divine retribution against the U.S. for failing to defend Israel.

Andrew Rice understands the human cost of September 11. His brother was murdered in the collapse of the World Trade Center. The tragedy compelled Andrew on a course of public activism and service, first with the surviving families of 9/11 and public interest groups in Texas and Oklahoma, and on to the State Senate in his home state.
