Home » Remote Field Internship
Want to help shape the presidential race? Develop the next generation of progressive leaders? Work on issues ranging from renewable energy to marriage equality? Democracy for America offers internships around the country to current college students who are interested in learning effective organizing skills and helping grow the progressive movement on their own campuses.
Field interns will work remotely with DFA Staff to design goals for political and issue organizing specific to their campuses. In addition to taking on relevant DFA priorities, field interns should identify a specific issue relevant to their campus and community and come up with a plan to tackle it. Finally, a significant component of the internship will entail planning an in-person or online training for other students and student groups.
Applicants should be dedicated to promoting progressive causes, interested in honing their skills and committed to taking on some of our nation’s biggest challenges right in their campus community.
