Gov. Howard Dean in Washington DC

BURLINGTON, VT—Gov. Howard Dean, founder and honorary chair of Democracy for America, will host the organization's first Washington D.C. fundraiser this Wednesday, July 14th at 6:00 p.m. Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) and special musical guest Melanie Mason, will join Dean at the Woman's National Democratic Club.

Dean's talent reaches far beyond politics and energizing the Democratic Party – he will also entertain the crowd by playing his harmonica.

Democracy for America (www.democracyforamerica.com) is a political action committee dedicated to building a grassroots network to support socially progressive and fiscally conservative candidates at all levels of government.
