BURLINGTON, VT -- Today, Democracy for America (DFA) endorsed Linda Minger for the Pennsylvania State House -- making her a member of the DFA-List, Candidates for America. Each DFA-List candidate encompasses the true spirit of grassroots democracy, fiscal responsibility, and social progress. They are individuals who are dedicated to changing America from the ground up.

Linda Minger is bringing Pennsylvanians one step closer to restoring progressive values throughout the state government. For the past 20 years, Minger has tended to her community's needs from her post as Treasurer of Salisbury Township. Now, she wants to use her experience to fight for better health care coverage, environmental protection, improvement of the school systems, and dramatically reduce property taxes. Linda is dedicated to making a better life for the working families and senior citizens of Lehigh Valley. The special election is July 19, 2005.
