Let the games begin: DFA 'Roots Tourney

DFA Roots TourneyWith the NCAA college basketball tournament in full swing, we thought it was the perfect time to host another kind of tournament—a membership drive for DFA's growing grassroots network on DFA-Link! Just like the college basketball tournament, 64 groups get in, and only one will win the DFA 'Roots Tourney. But here you don't need to be a basketball star, and the reward isn't just some trophy... it's a free DFA Training Academy event.

So here's how it works. Between now and April 3rd, 64 DFA-Link groups will face-off in head-to-head competitions with the winners advancing to the next round. The DFA-Link group that recruits the most members in the final round will receive a DFA Training Academy in their area for all their members—new and old—to attend for free. But you have to be a DFA-Link member to participate, so sign up today:

Once you sign up as a DFA-Link member, ask your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers to do so as well. The more people you recruit for your group, the better your group will do:

DFA-Link has been growing by leaps and bounds since its launch last Fall. In the past three months, our online grassroots network has expanded to over 16,000 members. In all, over 6,000 events in all fifty states have been planned through DFA-Link.

The DFA Training Academy can help you learn the skills to take events in your area to the next level. It will also help you learn effective strategies to run campaigns and win elections. As recent DFA Training Academy graduate Christine from Stockton, CA said, "This was a life changing event. I feel more empowered to help the progressive cause succeed." Do your part to help bring the Training Academy to your neck of the woods, join DFA-Link today:
