COME walk Barb Byrum's district to talk to Dems about voting for her for State Rep. This is an important race, both because it's always been Dem (and thus an aid to Granholm and liberals) and because it's NO LONGER a "safe Dem" seat--it's by no means a shoe-in.

This is the first in a series of campaign events between now and the election. The group decided we placed a high priority on ACTION, on the ELECTION, and on specific races, including this one. You'll hear more about our overall campaigning schedule soon, but this is coming up in just 2 days, so RSVP now. It ain't gonna happen if we just sit around--now IS the time to get active.

Either MMDfA or I myself (Amy) will buy pizza for our contingent when we're through. Other incentives are also possibiities (win a MMDfA T-shirt?)
