> Lois Murphy for Congress is seeking a Deputy Field Director/Volunteer Coordinator. The Pennsylvania 6 th is one of the most competitive districts in the nation. The District stretches from the inner Philadelphia suburbs west to Reading and south to Coatesville. Lois Murphy is a pro-choice
Democrat running in a rematch of 2004 when she came within 2 points of the Republican incumbent.

> Responsibilities:

> * Managing field events
> * Developing and managing area House Parties
> * Recruiting, training and maintaining volunteers in the Headquarters
> * Recruiting and managing out of state and out of district volunteers
> * Representing the campaign at local political meetings and events
> * Managing volunteer canvasses and phone banks
> * Meeting weekly/monthly volunteer recruitment goals
> * Assisting Field Director with intern recruitment and management
> * Assisting Field Director as necessary
