Write a Letter to the Editor!

The media has their story and they are sticking to it: "The Democrats have no positive plan for Iraq." But the facts state othwerwise. Many prominent Democrats have been proposing intelligent and thoughtful plans over the last couple weeks, and we ought to tell the media to tell the truth- "The Democrats have a responsible and positive vision to bring our troops home."

The ranking Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee Ike Skelton from MO has released a plan-
Waynesville Daily Guide- Link . Also John Kerry released a plan- the Post has the story- Link . Also the Democrats along with Madeline Alrbight and a former Bush staffer released an anti-terror strategy- Link .

You could also choose to write about the possible upcoming Supreme Court showdown on nominee Judge Samuel Alito. He is an extremist conservative activist judge who may threaten our rights as Americans. Think Progress has the run down on Alito and some good talking points.
