NJ 4D: Calling All Speech Coaches
I too am proud that these candidates are passionate, but articulate, Carol Gay was not last night at the Highland Park, NJ Iraq war forum. At this point in the game, we need to focus our efforts on moving forward. We've learned pre-written speeches are NOT the way to go. Certainly listing statistics for how else we could've spent the $1.27 trillion + as a result of Iraq is not moving us forward. We need to focus on the erasure of No Bid contracts & the Future of our economy. My grandfather & best friend was the first President of the Metropolitan Meat Association but prior to this was shy in front of a crowd. He took classes @ the 92nd St. Y and worked his way up to confident orator status. Does DFA offer coaching for candidates who clearly need conviction in their tone & frankly, a stage presence? If so, please help Carol Gay before the "right wingers" tear her to shreds.
