Just a quick reminder note...

1. Jim Dean will be in San Francisco this Wednesday evening May 17th to talk politics with us local activists. Details & RSVP here:

2. Our meetup Weds. June 7th (the day after the CA primary) will be at Schroeder's at 7 PM as usual...the focus for June will be on post-Katrina New Orleans (and a comparison with redevelopment in the Bayview), as well as Latino voter registration, and a wrap-up from the June 6th election.
