Judicial Appointment of a Money Launderer ?

I oppose the nomination of Michael Barrett to the Federal bench. While he was chairman of the Ohio Hamilton County Republican Party they were found to have been laundering campaign contributions to a state treasurer's campaign. He had to have been right in the middle of this scam.
