Call him "Mayor Porta" now

I could not resist posting a picture of Earnie Porta being inaugurated as Mayor of Occoquan. I have only temporarily replaced our group picture. Earnie took office officially on July 1. I wish him the best in his new job. I think we will see a lot of good deeds from him. Congratulations, Mr. Porta.
