*SCDP Food Drive Is This Week: The SC Democratic Party invites you to participate in the 2nd Annual Christmas in July Food Drive on Tuesday, July 18. It's going to be held at the State Party Headquarters, 1529 Hampton St, Suite 200, from 9a.m.-4.p.m. Please bring any non-perishable food items to help support the Harvest Hope Food Bank. In the Lexington area, you can drop off donations at the Party Headquarters or at 1st Calvary Baptist Church, 2320 Cedar Grove Rd in Leesville (Tuesday, 9-4) or Sharing God's Love, 134 Pale Ivy Lane in Irmo (Tuesday 9 to noon). *Kerry Will Attend Richland/Lexington Event Saturday:
The Lexington County Democratic Party and the Richland County Democratic Party invite you to attend the 2006 Democratic Reunion - A Bar-B-Que with Senator John Kerry, Democratic Presidential Nominee 2004. It will be on Saturday, July 22, at the Woodmen of the World Building, 3620 Augusta Road in West Columbia (beside the U.S. 1 Flea Market) from 4 until 6:30 p.m. This is a ticketed event and reservations are required.
