Look who's in town this week!

It's an exciting week for political activism in the area! We'll be greeting several special guests this week, including Dan Savage, Bill Clinton, Al Franken and Howard Dean!

Here are the details for some of the events:

1. SAVAGE LOVE LIVE! Tues, 10/10 at 7:30pm
Trocadero Theatre, 1003 Arch St
$25 ($10 for students)
Dan Savage, author and syndicated sex-columnist, is doing a benefit for Philadelphians Against Santorum. Get tickets at the door or online at www.phillyagainstsantorum.org...

2. Rally with Bill Clinton for Congressional Candidates
Clinton will be leading rallies for both Patrick Murphy and Lois Murphy on Wednesday, 10/11. The rally for Patrick will be at 10:30am in Bristol. The one for Lois will begin at 1:15pm in Bryn Mawr (Thomas Great Hall on Bryn Mawr's campus). Check out www.murphy06.net/clinton.html... for more details about the early rally.

3. Reception with Howard Dean
Dean is coming on Thursday, 10/12 to help raise awareness and money for Patrick Murphy. He'll be at Chambers 19 Restaurant (19 N. Main St, Doylestown) at 10am. Suggested contribution is $50. RSVP at 215-547-0372

4. Al Franken at World Cafe Live
To benefit both Murphys running for Congress, Al Franken will be appearing on Saturday 10/14 from 4-6pm at World Cafe Live (3025 Walnut St). Tickets are $100 ($35 for students). To RSVP or more details, call 215-547-0372
