A week ago today, I heard about the shameless new Republican terror ad, designed to make us all very afraid. I finally got off my intellectual duff and decided to learn the new version of Macromedia Flash and make a response.I have an answer which still has a few rough edges. The main problem is the lack of a decent sound track. The Republican ad starts with a ticking (time bomb?) sound, shows scenes of terr'rists in training and quotes from Osama & Co. Very scary! It ends with a heartbeat and an explosion. I began and ended in similar fashion, but the content is decidedly different.
I would be very grateful if you could watch the ad and give me some CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. I know it's probably too long. Advice on what to trim would be helpful. I'd like to finish it tomorrow and put it out on Digg it and Youtube.
Since DFA Link limits the uploads to 2 Mb, (this file is almost 4 Mb) I had to start a new Yahoo Group, Progressive Obsessive, and uploaded it there. groups.yahoo.com/group/Progressi... The movie is called, "These are the stakes, really". Thanks in advance!
You'll have to join the group to see it. Membership is not limited.
