FIVE DFAM MEMBERS RUNNING FOR OFFICE! These members have answered the challange to be the change they want to see in Tallahasse & Miami-Dade County.

Dave Patlak (County Commission Dist. 5) Endorsed by the Miami Herald

Commission Chair Bruno Barreiro, who has been on the commission since 1998, faces a worthy challenger in David Patlak, a community activist and retired chief warrant officer with the U.S. Coast Guard. Mr. Patlak, 53, has twice sought elective office in bids to win a seat in Congress, losing both times. This time, he has set his sights on a more-attainable position.
