New LTTE submission

I have a new submission regarding the spying and infiltrating of American citizens and activist groups. I sent it to the NY papers, STL Post-Dispatch, KC Star, USA Today, Chicago Sun-Times. Hopefully, someone will bite. ;)I will be writing another LTTE by tomorrow and hopefully I'll have an op-ed piece done by the end of the week. Since op-eds take a bit of time to be published, doing a very recent new subject is not possible.
Anybody have any ideas for a good general op-ed subject? I have a gazillion subjects in my head, but need help pulling out one single mental index card.
