Sorry to be away so long, but it could not be helped.

It's a great day for DFA. Our group made a real difference in the American political landscape with the election of Ned Lamont.

Now we have in our hands the chance to make a difference in Manatee County.
Not something earth shaking,but a great change nonetheless.
Unfortunately, the Republicans are not going to let us win.
So we have to fight, work and sacrifice our free time,our comfort,maybe even cash to get a small victory in this Republican dominated town.

What's the worst thing about Manatee --- the schools.
Before Sept.5 we can work to get our 3 candidates elected
and thereby take over the Manatee School Board for the first time in at least 15 years if not thirty.

We will be calling Thurs.and Fri.8/10&11,as well as next week.
We will be at Democratic Hdqt. 5910 Cortez Road.
