I spoke to someone at the MDP, last year the lead time for the Dean event was about a month.

My recommendation is that we send out email blasts, make phone calls, and try to get a lot of people to attend.
I think we should also continue with the Gov event we had planned for Oct. 4th.
Finally, I think we should start moving on a fundraiser for Amos.
