Candidate Forum update

Here is a quick update on candidate forums!

At our last DFALink meeting in January, we nailed down details for our candidate forum. As a group we decided that the forum should be about issues/races that are pressing so a panel on healthcare and/or a forum on the Mayor's race would be great. We are working out the details right now with the pertinent parties but we do a have a location and time so mark it down:
Saturday, Feb. 18
Nectars Restaurant, 1-3pm

Be sure to slot us in for this event and I will post it on the events page as soon as we get our speakers confirmed. In the meantime, if you would like to help out just drop me an email at lakshmi.barot@gmail.com.
