Tony Payton Jr. wins appeal!

Blair Talmadge, Tony Payton's Campaign Manager, informed me that Commonwealth Judge Quigley overruled Common Pleas Court Judge C. Darnell Jones' decision this morning, re-affirming Tony Payton as Democratic candidate for State Representative.Thank you to all who supported Tony in the last few months! This is a well-deserved victory for Tony...and for the progressive movement in Philadelphia.
