- 9:30 a.m. Check in
- 10:00 a.m. Introductions
- 11:00 a.m. Reports from DFA groups
- 12:30 Discussion of common themes and decision by consensus of topics for afternoon breakout groups
- 1:00 p.m. Lunch
- 1:30 p.m. Speaker with Q&A
- 2:30 p.m. Breakout groups on items choosen in morning session
- 3:30 p.m. Reports from breakout groups
- 4:30 p.m. Wrap-up and plan for action items
- 5:30 p.m. Adjourn - dinner out and socializing for those who wish

* The $25 per person fee to attend the all-state gathering in Peoria is payable at the event. This fee covers the cost of the room rental and a box lunch. If this is a financial hardship for you, please email Eric Davis, Pam Gronemeyer, or Pamela Nelson.
