District 23 is proud to host a major Democratic challenger to Republican John McHugh in 2006. Dr. Bob Johnson of Sackets Harbor has been traveling our District, meeting people and exhibiting his plan for universal healthcare for all Americans. Dr. Bob is a true fiscal conservative, socially liberal, veteran who wins over audiences with his honesty and obvious integrity. With the help of DFA, Bob will give voters a clear choice for positive reform this November.
