Imagine poor and homeless children having to say the following prayer as they go to bed: "Now I lay me down to sleep; I pray the Lord to keep me safe from Hucksterteeth!"  Click on to my name above to review the archives if you want to remember the Republicans bringing us: The "Hucksterbee" trap!!!  Now the poor and homeless cannot save their own blood from the Republicans and the Democrats that are Republican moles that serve them!! The following is a reprint of an e-mail sent by me on March 13, 2008 which expains itself: "To whom it may concern: I hereby initiate the appeal process of BECKA Management, LLC as well as to MSHDA, HUD and CACS in your relationship jointly and severally regarding the letter sent to me by TJ Stone of BECKA, dated: March 10, 2008; the following being a reprint of the text of said letter: 'Dear Client: The following paperwork is needed before any action can be taken in your case.  1. Provide a notarized statement stating how many times you donate and the amount that you receive per donation per month.  Plasma donations are a non-taxable income by the State of Michigan, but are considered income by HUD in the housing choice voucher program.  Complete and return this paperwork within 14 days of the above date.  If you have any questions, please call.'  A conflict of interest is revealed in the aforementioned BECKA letter between the State of Michigan and HUD regarding the status of plasma donations.  I hereby request that: 1) An attorney be appointed to represent me concerning this appeal since my U.S. Constitution , fourth amendment and fifth amendment rights are now in jeopardy as a result of said letter from BECKA as well as the rights of the poor and homeless which makes this an issue of sufficient public interest that the appointment of an attorney is merited.  (I explain how to view the archives as is explained above in this section of the letter for additional justification of said merit).  2) An extention of time be granted by BECKA so that I do not have to comply with the demands of their involved letter to me until after the appeal is completed or at all in the event I prevail in said appeal.  3) I be returned to client status with Capital Area Community Services, Inc. to help me protect my rights as well as the rights of the poor and homeless.  4) The due process of the issues in the below e-mails be completed by BECKA and CACS with deliberate speed as the law requires.  (below e-mails not included here for our readers for the sake of brevity but are evidence of abuse and neglect by the housing for some of the homeless program)  Please answer this e-mail by e-mail at your earliest convenience.  My address for your records is: 740 Edgemont Blvd., Apt. 8, Lansing, MI  48917.  My phone number is: (517) 580-8602."  The poor and homeless have already been reduced down to nothing by corrupt public officials and robber baron employers!  Protect the poor and homeless from having their blood exploited by the government by e-mailing Senator Gretchen Whitmer of the Michigan Legislature (who is one of the parties who received a copy of the aforementioned e-mail) at: SenGWhitmer@senate.michigan.gov  Senator Whitmer's office phone number is: (517) 373-1734 for anyone who would like to call her.  Failing to intervene now means that being exploited by the government for skin grafts and organ transplants are next if not already!!  The logical extreme of all this is to be exploited by the government to the extent that only one's head is left in a petri-dish!!!

Ann Arbor, Michigan homeless to be abandoned again!!!

I called the Delonis Shelter in Ann Arbor, Michigan at the following phone number: (734) 662-2829 on February 25, 2008 and was told that the homeless (including the elderly and developmentally disabled) will be abandoned on to the streets again (regardless of the weather severity) on March 30, 2008!  That means arrest and/or death for the abandoned individuals in a little over one month!!  This event takes place every year; usually on March 26th.!!!  Click on to my name above and read some of my previous posts entitled: 1) "One month from today..."  2) "Homeless hit by Ingham County Sheriff & WILX TV 10!!!"  3) "U.S. Grand Jury Needed Now to restore failed government and press!!!"  for additional details.  Why is there no help?  For some reason YOU don't intervene!!!!!!!!!!

Budget relief from fighting poor and/or homeless crimes!!!

Many of you have been reading my years of writings on the internet that chronicle what is happening to the poor and homeless while it is happening as an eye witness in that very category myself! Whether on not this crime was committed by a poor and/or homeless person is not the issue!! I myself was given a written trespass warning in early 2006 from the Lansing Community College Police after I was noticed on campus with a homeless travel bag. Officer Geoffrey Blair explained to me at the time that I was issued said warning, that even though I am an ex-police officer, police academy graduate and graduated from Lansing Communtiy College in 1977; the aforementioned crime was probably committed by a poor and homeless person (to add to the irony, Officer Blair is black and I am white)!!!

Since the poor and homeless are getting the blame with consequences for the involved crime I would like to mention a problem this group is having that the general public should be made aware of. First of all, if my legal actions for the poor and homeless had been properly adjudicated (instead of disposed of with false verdicts); these types of crimes would have been greatly reduced! This writing I am currently publishing on the internet is from a public library. In my speaking with other poor and homeless persons at a variety of public libraries while attempting to increase involvement in the homeless underground; I have viewed approximately nine out of ten male persons doing almost nothing more than viewing internet pornography!! Even the philanderer dating crowd looking for new partners are largely publishing their e-mail web sites with photos of pornagraphic acts involving themselves!!!

Amazingly, while I was homeless in Ann Arbor, Michigan during the winter of 2005-2006 and staying in the warming center of the Delonis Shelter at times; I was part of a discussion in which one of the male homelessness workers explained that his mother was in trouble with his father for taking part in talk dirty dialouges in such internet discussion forums!!!! Even my single, female homelessness case worker there at the time has her own nude internet web site!!!!! If one takes into account that the poor and especially the homeless have no where to go during the day than the public library and view mostly internet pornography while there; it should come as no surprize in the event that it was a poor and/or homeless person that committed the aforementioned crime!

What should we as citizens do to save ourselves and our loved ones? We know that the government frequently increases the luxury tax on such items as alchohol and cigarettes. Why not have a luxury tax on internet pornography? We already know that one is charged for internet print outs at public libraries. Imagine the increase of government revenue if a luxury tax is imposed for viewing internet pornography at public libraries and/or else where!! A luxury tax of this type would save the jobs of many police officers and other public office holders as well as those in business who could not get access to internet pornography without accessing tax payment!!!

Imagine the additional time the poor and homeless as well as your school children will have to better themselves if they can break free from internet pornography!!! Imagine the delusional criminal with that certain that they know what you really want look on their face from their self centered perception as they proceed to take your life after raping you in the event you don't intervene!!!!!!!!!!
