Lackies of Despots!!!

The following is a reprint of my e-mail to Senator Gretchen Whitmer of the Michigan Legislature dated: October 18, 2007 and entitled: "Right of constituents to communicate with you protected by Michigan Constitution.  Dear Senator Whitmer: I received a phone call from the Michigan Senate Police yesterday and was asked not to send you any more e-mails in violation of Article One, section three of the Michigan Constitution.  Receiving requests and legal advisories are part of what you are being paid for!  Please see to it that your office does not send any further false threat reports to any police agency as false police reports are a crime in themselves!!!"  For those of you who are wondering, Article One, section three of the Michigan Constitution states as follows: "3. Assembly, consultation, instruction, petition.  Sec. 3. The people have the right peaceably to assemble, to consult for the common good, to instruct their representatives and to petition the government for redress of grievances."  Don't allow corrupt public officials like Senator Gretchen Whitmer to sick the police on you for trying to get them to do their jobs!  It was evident that the Michigan Senate Police were attempting to "fanny kiss" Senator Gretchen Whitmer by attempting to harass me for her!!  I made it clear to the Michigan Senate Police during their phone call to me that if they didn't have a warrant; they did not have any business contacting me!!!  I ended the phone conversation by telling "lackey" policeman calling me: "So long, stupid!!!!"  The fastest way for us citizens to have rulers instead of public servants is to put up with the intimidation of those in public office who would rather spend the same amount of time fighting doing their job instead of doing their job!!!!!!!!!!  Please call Senator Gretchen Whitmer at: (517) 373-1734 and demand, not ask; that she do her job as other citizens have been doing! Senator Gretchen Whitmer is going to just be on one, long, high paid vacation instead of doing her work during her term of office if you don't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
