Freedom & Justice For All

Ileana Ros-Lehntinen, a Congresswoman from Miami, in defiance of US law, has called for the assassination of a foreign head of state. Perhaps this is why that idiot from Colorado called Miami a third world country.
The law is clear, any American who assists or encourages the assass-ination of a world leader, has committed a crime.

Ros-Lehntinen not only named Fidel Castro, but also said that she would assist and/or encourage anyone to kill any other "tyrannical" head of state.  Of course the definition of what constitutes a tyrant is very subjective.  I look at the entire Bush Administration, and all I see are tyrants and syncophants.  If I stated, publicly, that i would support and/or encourage their assassination, I believe that the Secret Service  would want to have some words with me.

I think that the full text of the law should be examined, and that we should push for appropriate action. If any of us remembers, many years ago, when Cubans in exile in Miami attempted to develop their own militia to complete an assassination, they were arrested and prosecuted.

I think that DFA needs to seek a legal examination of the ramifications of allowing this Congresswoman to continue in office.
