Group update

Hi Everyone. As you can tell my blogging skills from a technical point aren't great yet, but hopefully getting better. Our group now has 8 members and I'm hoping to send out more invitations in the coming weeks. I've got some time this weekend which I'm going to use to further clarify who we are, our goals, and some activities and events we might consider doing.
